Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Return Policy

• The product must be unused and undamaged

• The original packaging and accessories must be present

• The seal must not be broken for hygienic products (such as wearables)

Refund

After receipt and approval of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the error is Modern Fit Tech's (e.g. wrong delivery or defective product).

Non-returnable Items

• Products that have been used or worn

• Products without original packaging

• Hygienic products with a broken seal

Warranty

All our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
